I will have a 2 stroke, Yamaha 8Hp, short shaft available in the near term.  This motor is set up with electric start and external controls.  It is coming out of the well of a sailboat.  I believe that this is the motor used on the Coacktail racer and the like.  It runs well and the Yamaha dealer tells me that this is one of the best Yamahas ever made. It will be available for a reasonable price.  Located in SE Massachusetts.  Jeff D

I could be interested. I am looking for a tiller, but maybe I could make a little console to float the throttle and a stick to steer.
