Hi, builder Dave here. That was John's idea, but it works well. The sheet is high enough that it hasn't stolen a hat yet. There's no ratchet block installed or needed. Terrapin is heavy and stable enough that the mainsheet rides in the cam almost always -- it doesn't have to be played.

This one has been pulling all my strings but builder Dave's insistence on a lug yawl has made this almost impossible to resist. Very likely to be my next build.
