Should the bulkheads be flush against the sides after stitching? (see photo) Or will this happen when I stitch the bottom panel on? ![](http://s1383.photobucket.com/user/rgrlindsey/media/20160703_165505_zps1f010moc.jpg.html)[http://s1383.photobucket.com/user/rgrlindsey/media/20160703\_165505\_zps1f010moc.jpg.html](http://s1383.photobucket.com/user/rgrlindsey/media/20160703_165505_zps1f010moc.jpg.html)

No problem there. As you stitch on the bottom panel, the sides will be drawn into the bulkheads. Stitch things together loosely at the start, and then tighten them after all the stitches are in. It will take some experimentation as you're tightening the stitches to figure out the best order to get things to align properly.

Thanks Matt - yes it's coming together just like you said. Just a small twist (about 1/8") to get out and all is good.
