# Kayak Repairs

My kayak was stored on someones dock for some time. Just got it and it has loads of spots with sun damage - some spots of bare wood.&nbsp; How should I fix these spots ?&nbsp; Should I apply fiberglass and varnish only or should I put cloth also ?&nbsp; Lastly how wide of an area do I sand for the repair. Thanks!
