I just finished the fillets and tape in my Chesapeake 16LT. I began removing the stitches and found that a few of my stitches in the vertical sections of the bow and stern were loose. The side panels in these places create such a hard angle that makes working the thickened epoxy into that joint difficult. I assume that since some of stiches are loose that I have some air pockets in those corners. Has anyone ever experienced the same condition, and how did you correct it?
