# Nose Job on a wood Duck

I have wired and rewired the bow of my Wood Duck 10 all I can do.&nbsp; The bottom panels are still 1/4 inch longer than the sides.&nbsp; (It looks alot like the picture on pg. 27 of the manuel).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Earlier Laszo suggsted that this can be corrected with a plane and sanding.&nbsp; **When do I do that?? And how?&nbsp;**

I have just finished wireing on the deck (first time)

Clay,

I'd wait until the seams are glued & taped. Surgery is easier if the patient can't squirm.

Hang in there, you're almost over the hump.
