Has anyone tried the round staples for hold cedar strips? It would seem they would be easier to grab with pliers and pull out.

I haven't done anything with cedar strips or anything else requirng staples yet, but I'm looking forward to it. I'll be considering using composite nails or staples. I'm nearly finished my first project and didn't use a single fastener or anything metalic until I got to the oar locks and the bow eye. As soon as I'm finished the first one, I have the plans for a WD 10 (for my son), EP Pram and a Pocketship. I'll be able to use the WD 10, but I'll likely do a WD 12 for myself. It will have to be a hybrid to justify getting the air tools for the nails & staples.
