Thayer Craft 3.2 ounce glass for SUP?

Well I'm almost done with my first stripper, a Great Auk. I'm looking to start a Kaholo , and I have plenty of 3.2 ounce glass left over, more than enough for one Kaholo. I see that the plans call for 4 ounce glass. In the interest of pinching pennies, is the 3.2 ounce ok to use? I could always double up where needed.

It is fine. I've used 3.25 oz glass to save a few ounces, no problems after a couple seasons beating the SUPs up.
