Very nice, Jim. That is a really striking pattern on the deck.
Do you have any concern about putting that cleat on the hatch? I'd think there'd be a chance of the hatch being pulled off by any line that is cleated there.

The cleat is just a temporary handle for the hatch cover, until my 10-year-old grandson decides what kind of dinosaur he wants me to carve to take its place. It will never have anything tied to it, I hope!
