# WD12 Seat install

I build a WD12 and have the kit supplied seat installed.&nbsp; Well mostly - the seat bottom just will not stay in place.&nbsp; Any suggestions?

I use velcro to install all of my seats.&nbsp; It gives me the option of moving/removing the seat if needed.&nbsp; Generally, I replace the velcro about once per year when the adhesive gets a little weak.

I find the seat supplied with the kits to be rather minimal.&nbsp; The Happy Bottom seat is a reasonably priced upgrade.&nbsp; If you are looking for something really comfortable, check out the seat the Redfish Kayaks sells.&nbsp; I have this seat in all of my long distance race boats.
