My kids and I built a Passagemaker standard with a sloop rig sailing kit during the autumn/winter of 2016/2017. I love sailing the boat, but my kids prefer the ability to motor around (no need to depend on the weather, and more room to move around without the sailing rig in place).

New projects I’m considering include:

• Northeaster Dory
• Sassafras 16
• Waterlust Sailing Canoe
  -Wood Duck 10, 12, and 14/double

Longer term I’d like to build one of the following:

• Autumn Leaves Canoe Yawl
• Faering Cruiser
• Pocketship
