Building my first boat, Wood Duck 14 This Spring. Accepting the challenge in honor of my nephew, currently deployed, who has inspired me to build my own boat.

I plan to glue my first 6 puzzle joints in my house (hear laughter) on a plywood table, screwing wood blocks into table for compression, and then using that table in the garage for rest of build. Gluing joints “inside” so I can stitch hull, and then move forward pending temperature in garage, and my work schedule, but can’t wait for first plus 60 degree day to get my hull started (Cincinnati, OH area).
