Anyone missing a rudder?

As part of my Rhode Runner kit, one of the plywood sheets included what appears to be a rudder and a couple of of other parts.
What boat are they for, and what might I do with them??

The person I spoke to at CLC could not offer an explanation.
If anyone needs them, please let me know and we’ll try to work it out.

That’s 2 copies of the rudder, 1 of 3 pieces of the mast step and the rudder spacer for a Jimmy Skiff II.
