C2 canoe

Hi y'all... in the process of working on my 17 ft Nomad Canoe using spruce with cedar accent strips.  I am looking for plans or templates for a C2 canoe to build and race in the .AuSauble  Canoe Marathon next year .(Anyone want to make me some posterboard or cardboard templates?) Any help is greatly appreciated as I cannot afford over $4,300 for a Savage River JD Pro.

The specs for the C2 canoe class are publicly available here. There's enough detail to design your own if you've ever built a boat. This design software is free and quite capable of designing a high quality boat.
