Finally finished a pair of Wood Ducklings for my kids.The hulls were done with a "strip stitch and glue" method and the decks were stripped in the manner of a hybrid. I used cherry for the strips- a real bear, but the sentimental value was worth it. Sacajawea dollar coins in the tail pieces mark the kids' birth years.
Hope to get them wet this weekend.
