Hello, does anyone have a recommendation for a collapsible tiller extension for the Northeaster Dory?
We have just finished our build I think the first modification I would like to do to it is a collapsible tiller extension in place of the long stick that comes with the kit. Does anyone have a specific recommendation or any words of wisdom? Thank you in advance for your time.
I have used a Forespar twist lock tiller extension on virtually evey sailboat that I have owned. If you look closely, it is the black thing just above my left shoulder. It is a good piece of gear that works well for conventional tillers, but not sure about the push pull tiller on the NED.
Anybody? I went through like 17 pages of searches and couldn't find an answer to this. Is there a major reason why this is a bad idea, or something?
