Finally after 9 long years in the making, with plenty of break in between sessions the Shearwater Sport is finished. Just in time for a 2 day trip on Black Canyon. Can not thank everyone on here enough for all the advice over the years!

Is that counted as between purchase and launch or start of build and launch? And is start of build opening the box or actually doing something with the wood?
Nice job. The combination of sapele deck and okoume hull is always worth the extra.

Order in October 2013 Was gluing puzzle joints by at least Dec 4th. Final coat of varnish October second and end pour pour and drilled the hole for bowline the 7th of this year.
