I was wondering if anyone uses Sikaflex in their boat building projects, instead of epoxy. Just curious, it seems that it is easier and in some cases may bond just as well, and it cures fast.

It's used to build the Peace Canoe at family boatbuilding events because it cures quickly. Be careful substituting it in designs that were drawn with epoxy in mind, it won't match all the characteristics.
