My sample mast and supplied mast are cut square but the boat floor slopes. better to cut an angle on the bottom of the mast to fit the floor? Question two. I have used a 1/2 inch round-over bit on my supplied mast but the top is still square. Is it best to round over around the top or cut the mast at an angle?
