How well does the Faering Coastal Cruiser handle rough conditions. How would it do in the Texas 200 for instance?
A Faering Cruiser finished in the race to Alaska in 2019. That’s a 650 NM race from Port Townsend to Ketchikan.
Here’s a link to a video when they were becalmed and had to row. In the proving ground stage of the race they made it through winds and tides that capsized other boats. As usual, much depends on the sailor’s skill.
