Final Sanding Prior to Varnish

Yesterday I completed what I hope is the final sanding of my WD12 Hybrid. Hull and deck are smooth as glass to the touch but I can see the fiberglass mesh pattern in a few spots. When I wipe with denatured alcohol the mesh pattern is not visible and all I see is the grain of the wood. Will this be the case when I apply the varnish or do I need to recoat these areas with epoxy and sand again?

If the glass disappears when you wet the epoxy with alcohol or water, it should disappear under varnish too.
