forestay and shroud attach at the mast head

Just bought a used Northeaster. 

I'm upgrading the mast with the sailtrack right away.

Unfortunately I took the mast apart without paying close attention to how the forestay and shrouds were held captive at the jib halyard block.

Can someone give me a picture or description of this?

   Mark,  Sorry to see no one resonded to your question sooner.  I just returned from a trip.  I too have a NE Dory with sloop rig and sail track option.  Hopefully pics below will help.
