Glue down nonskid flooring

I have an Eastport pram and want to add nonskip flooring to the bottom.  What should I use to clue this down?  I'm thinking rubber cement.

If you haven't bought the non-skid yet, then you should seriously consider the SeaDek kit for your boat sold by CLC. It's precut and has adhesive. Easy to put down and has a great grip and feel. I have it in my passagemaker and Pocketship. Maybe not the cheapest option I guess but I thought it was well worth it (and I'm the type that is always looking for DIY alternatives).
