Shearwater sport..... stitch and glue!
Any tricks on getting the deck to bend into shape on the rounded #2 temp form without cracking the plywood. As right now it's not happening! Glenn
Start with one side loosely tied to the form and shear panel, 1.5--2 inch gap. The other side loosely tied to the shear panel, maybe 1/4 inch gaps. Start pushing the deck around until you can get you wire started, with approximately the same gap one both sides. Start tightening the wires a little at a time, keeping both sides even. Pull the wire, push down on the wood and twist once or twice. Might need a little water, and patience.
