looking for northeaster dory to try

My wife and I are experienced canoers but now live in Anacortes, WA and are considering the northeaster dory as an alternative to a canoe. We would like to see one before commiting the time and money to building one. If anyone reasonably near Anacortes has one and would be willing to let us check it out, we would greatly appreciate it.

Dan,

There are several guys in the Builder's Club who have NE Dory's in your area. Contact them thru the club, they may not read this forum often. There's also a class in Port Townsend for the Dory in May.
