Is this intended to be a sailboat with a collapsable mast or are you putting a motor in it? It kinda looks like a sailboat but the name 'cruiser' sort of says motorboat.

Looks like the boat can go either way. 

Do you have any updated pics? I would like to follow along on this one.

If you follow the link in John's message it'll take you to a video where he explains all. It's a sailboat - a small but seaworthy cruiser.

I think the editors at Cruising World magazine might beg to differ about ‘cruiser’ implying a motorboat :-).
