Open-class or Portsmouth Handicap racing Northeaster Dory

Hi all!

I am currently completing my first build of a Northeaster Dory from plans and expect to have it done in a month. 

I used to race one-design boats (ILCA Lightning class) some twenty years ago, and want to get back into small-time racing. That being said, I would like to register for the upcoming Baltimore downtown regatta on September 17.

Two questions: 

  1. Any CLC boatbuilders/sailers going to the Baltimore regatta on September 17? (DSC's YaGotta Regatta)
  2. Has any builder/sailer successfully calculated or received a Portsmouth Handicap or other handicap such as PHRF for their Northeaster Dory? ...any other build's suggestions would be also helpful.
