The boat has finally been launched. Haven't finished the sails yet, but we've caught quite a few fish in the boat so far. The YouTube video is about 3 1/2 minutes

Great video. Not only do you now have a neat boat, you've got a kid with some wonderful memories. I be he remembers that project fondly all his life.

Looks like it was some great team work and I imagine that that must have been the greatest part of the build. Are you adding the sail rig as well... being that you have the dagger board truck? It is worth it!
