Hi, about to start my journey with the peeler skiff. Thinking ahead for comfort, has anyone tried putting a leaning post seat or a t top on a peeler?

We use our Peeler Skiff, About Time, on Narragansett Bay and we set up a console where we can sit on the existing seats while operating her. That has worked pretty well for a lot of summers. A few years ago we added a Bimini top for shade when we need it.
The Peeler is a wonderfully strong and seaworthy boat and a real value. Other than bottom paint every spring (she lives on a saltwater mooring) and a new coat of paint every 10 years, she’s very low maintenance.
