Hello All,
I'm getting ready to flip my boat over to deal with the hull. I want the hull below the waterline to be black and a, considering adding graphite powder to the epoxy and leaving it at that. Does anyone see a problem with that?
Thanks,
Keith
Hi Keith,
I did that to the bottom 4" of my keel for abrasion resistance rolling on and off the trailer but the asthetics of it aren't that great. You'd get a smoother finish and not have UV issues if your boat lives on a trailer by rolling on some Interlux. Or better yet, spraying it on.
