UPDATE: If I'm not at Brian's Marina, or the marina gate isn't open or requires a password, I will be immediately next door at the St. Joseph's Boat Launch. The Boat Launch requires a $5 parking fee from an automated ticket machine, but you can probably just watch for enforcement and scurry over to the machine if they appear.
