I am interested in purchasing a already constructed Annapolis Wherry or hiring someone with previous experience to build one. Any ideas regarding boats for sale or people that are willing to build them are appreciated.
the used boat bazaar on the clc site every so often has a used wherry. that would be a good place to start. there is one that is posted there now.
i suspect that you could also get someone to build one for you. if you do a google search you will find some who offer this service:

is an example of one who will build and appears to have a small business around it.
my only recommendation is that you see examples of the work (or the boat you are buying) before committing to buy a used one or hiring somebody.
if you don't have experience building, you may want an experienced builder to check it out with you.
