Questions about finishing a Skerry build

I’m finishing up a Skerry that was started by another builder, and I have a few questions about small things that I can’t figure out the answer to. The reason is that I inherited the manual but not the full plans. Any help would be appreciated.
–how thick is the centerboard? 1/2" okoume, or something more? What about the rudder pieces?
– what is the oarlock position? are they elevated above the gunnels?
– what wood should I use for the footbraces?
–How long is the mast?
Those are the most pressing issues. I’ll be grateful for any help.

I’m away from my copy of the plans, but I can answer the oarlock question. See the attached pictures for reference. If you’re building the standard gunnel, they’re at the gunnel level.

If you’re building the spacered inwale version, the oarlocks are in blocks that rest on top of the gunnels.
