Re-epoxying worn bottom

After 10 years use, the paint and some epoxy has worn thru to the cloth and in a couple small spots, the wood. Looking for advice on how to repair.

I would probably start by sanding the paint off the entire bottom (using as fine a grit as possible - 120 or 150 grit). After patching the areas which have been worn to bare wood with a layer of fiberglass I would apply 2-3 coats of epoxy to the entire bottom, followed by primer and paint

Yep, exactly. I pretty much knew as soon as I posted. I’ve decided to do a temporary repair for this season and get after it late next fall. Thanks for your reply!
