I am almost finished with my Skerry Raid that John designed for me with a lug sail and mizzen mast. It is inspired by George Holmes' canoe yawl "Yum Yum". The mizzen mast will have a mid boom block dropping to a block/eye (?) toward the end of the stern. I'm wondering what rigging/cleat will handle the mizzen sheet safely whilst sheeting in the main sail and tiller at same time? What rigging would you suggest for this mizzen. Suggestions for block setup would also be welcome.The mizzen will have 20 sqft area. I've never handled a mizzen before.
