Started stitching the board today. Got bulkheads 1-5 in without much trouble but fitting 6 makes the rest of the bulkheads buckle in a way. Just not satisfied with the stitching process so far. Any advice?
I stitched mine up a couple weeks ago. I had to clean and adjust pretty much each bulkhead. I suggest wiring everything in semi-loose and then tighten afterwards. I ended up removing a couple bulkheads and removing a 1/16th here and there.
I would second stitching it all up and then taking out one at a time to adjust.
I am building from the plans but bought the bulkheads already cut from CLC. I found that I had to trim alittle here and there from some of the bulkheads to make everything line up, I used some coarse sandpaper or my woodrasp. Some of it of course was caused by my cutting of the panels but with a bit of tweaking I got it to look decent.
