strip deck on ch 17

I am nearing the deck assembly on  my ch 17, aside from staples how can the strips be held while the glue dries? I’m not sur I want to chance spliting the strips whit staples.

I’ve never used staples. I use Irwin Quick Grip bar clamps, hot glue and masking tape. Hot glue blocks to the faces of the stations and use clamps to hold down the strip and tape to pull a strip tight against the previous strip. Sure staples would be a little faster but… SEEYA Jack

    I'll give that a try, like you said staples might be faster but...

Is this a kit? Your own mod.? Does CLC offer this as an option?

CLC put this together. I was told any s & g can be configured as a hybrid if requested. The cost is slightly higher.
