I am getting tiny air bubbles when rolling out the epoxy regardless of what type of roller. These can be reduced but not eliminated when using a heat gun to remove them. Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?
You will always get air bubbles when rolling epoxy no matter what type of roller you use. Try tipping them out with a flat foam brush, i.e., after rolling gently pull the foam brush, I use 2" ones, across the epoxy and the bubbles will pop. Don't wet the brush first, it'll pick up a bit of epoxy as you're tipping out and that's fine.

and slow down the operation of the roller.
Yes, rolling slowly is key, as well as using the proper roller cover. Not that I think you're not...good luck. Sanding is therapy without the meds...
Thanks for the tips. good thing I like sanding.
