Im adding a few vinyl Decals.
Do they need to go under Glass, or is under Polyurethane sufficient?

I thought they went on top. I know epoxy won't stick to smooth vinyl, so you don't want them under glass. Not sure if varnish will stick to them, either.

Definitely, on top of the finish. Just let the finish cure thoroughly. Mine were from BoatUS, went on just like they said (I did read the directions) and have stayed stuck so far for a season. Just starting the next season tomorrow.
