I build a WD12 and have the kit supplied seat installed. Well mostly - the seat bottom just will not stay in place. Any suggestions?

I use velcro to install all of my seats. It gives me the option of moving/removing the seat if needed. Generally, I replace the velcro about once per year when the adhesive gets a little weak.
I find the seat supplied with the kits to be rather minimal. The Happy Bottom seat is a reasonably priced upgrade. If you are looking for something really comfortable, check out the seat the Redfish Kayaks sells. I have this seat in all of my long distance race boats.
