Working on a Chester Yawl while on a trailer?

Working on a Chester Yawl in my very small  detached garage.  Hull is complete as is much of the epoxy work.

Just wondering if anyone has done the later stages of a build on a bunk trailer.  Thought it would be nice to be able to roll the boat outside for more room and fresh air.  Then back in for inclement weather or varnish work.

If I need to flip it, planks could be laid across the trailer for support.

Any comments, problems, experiences with this idea would be greatly appreciated.
