Kaholo SUP

I am planning on buying the Kaholo SUP kit for my husband next year. He currently has a 10'6" Laird Surftech board. He is approximately 5'10" and 185 lbs. He is very strong and has surfed for years. Should I get the 12'6" or the 14' kit? Also, do you know of any CLC shows, events or contacts for the Sacramento area? Thank you. Claudia
