Sailors have been asking us for these for years.
We had one on our Skerry, which was actually hugely functional because you could grab the pennant to reel in the flogging peak of the sail to fasten the top of the sprit. People saw ours, kept asking where they could get one (nowhere), and we got tired of saying "no idea," so we took it off.
