SOUTHWESTER DORY balanced lug cat-ketch with motor well and 4hp outboard on trailer for sale in Annapolis, MD. The kit was purchased in November 2019 with first sale in October of 2020. She was trailer sailed on the Miles and Tred Avon Rivers and always garage stored. The outboard has only a few hours of use. The boat was sailed a few times each summer in 2021 through 2024 but has not seen the water since. She always received complements at the boat ramp and is in nearly new condition. She also has 8’11” oars with custom mounts at the bow; lazy-jack, quick reefing rig, a custom tiller minder which makes single handed sailing much easier, a movable thwartship seat, extended rudder blade, anchor, canvas tote, non-skid flooring, rear view mirror holder for the long row home when the wind dies and a custom boat cover.
