This is my Wood duck Hybrid 12, it took a year to build. This was my first build and I owe thanks to everyone on this forum for your help with my questions. I had no experiance at all and I think it turned out great ! it will not be my last !
Nice work. How did you apply that map?

I found that map when I was just about finished so the hatch had already been fiberglassed..I just put it on first with the epoxy and then added a piece of fiberglass over top of it. It had a few bumps but overall it turned out pretty nice. Its very special because its a map of my area from 1960
What area is that? I don't recognise it
I'm suprised the epoxy didn't make the map ink run. Good to know.

I know I'm prejudiced because I'm building one, but I just have to say that those wood ducks are great looking boats. Nice job on yours and have fun!
The area is on the map is Back River near Hart- Miller Island as well as the Patapsco River near Sparrows Point in Baltimore
