Anyone have a pearl of wisdom regarding the compatibility of wood fillers and epoxy? Which brand or types would work?

Famowood. Should be available at any decent hardware store. Comes in a variety of wood shades. Get a jug of acetone as well so you can keep the ultra fast drying Famowood soupy in the can.
Again: forsake all others, go with FAMOWOOD!
I looked it (Famowood) up- seems real good, and reasonable.
