Chesapeake 16 LT aft deck sheer clamp radius

Hi! My Chesapeake 16LT Kayak kit came with a 16" fore deck radius template, and a 49" aft deck radius template.

However, the plans say the 16LT should have a 60" aft deck radius.

Which is right?

I don't know.  But I'll bet these guys do.............................

I built a 16lt & a 17lt from plans, I used the 49" radius for the 17lt and a 60" radius for the 16lt.
